I don't have bad wrist pain/carpal tunnel yet (at least I don't think I do), so maybe it's different. but getting the pressure off the actual wrist helped a lot with my wrist fatigue. It's hard to find ones that aren't the Anime Breast ones. I found that the wrist rest for mice that have two large cushions that sit on either side of your wrist are insanely comfortable.
